ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS 

However, If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at ThunderVaultStore@outlook.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution to the best of our ability.

Please retain all original packaging, shipping materials, and the product while your claim is being reviewed. Photos or other documentation may be requested.
