Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been shipped, unless the product listing states that cancellations are not permitted.

ANY APPROVED CANCELLATION IS SUBJUST TO A 10% FEE. The fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the original payment method. This fee helps cover payment processing, administrative, and other costs associated with processing and canceling an order.

Submitting a cancellation request DOES NOT PROMISE YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED. Once an order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process, ThunderVault may be unable to stop shipment.

Products or preorders specifically identified on the product listing as “No Cancellations,” “Non-Cancellable,” “Final Sale,” or similar language cannot be canceled after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to any cancellation restrictions disclosed on the applicable product listing.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an eligible order, email (inster email)  with the subject line:

CANCEL ORDER #[ORDER NUMBER]

Cancellation requests must be sent from the email address associated with the order and should include the customer's name and order number.
